Products Limited Warranty

Introduction

Colorbride warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
We warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 YEAR from the date of original retail purchase. If the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, in normal case, Colorbride will change a new one for you, but part of products may need to return to Depot for repair.

Exclusions & Limitations

colorbride will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages to purchaser, or any other party, for any loss, damage, injury or expense of any kind or nature caused directly or indirectly by the product or the failure of the product to operate properly.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties. all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby modified to exist only as contained in this limited warranty, and shall be of the same duration as the warranty period stated above.

The warranty does not apply to:
(1) Damage caused by accident, abuse, in handling, dropping;
(2) Acts of God;
(3) Units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened, taken apart or otherwise modified;
(4) Units not used in accordance with directions;
(5) Damages exceeding the cost of the product;
(6) Depreciated or loss of charge time;
(7) The finish on any portion of the product, such as surface scratches and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear.

Warranty Service

To obtain a repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, please contact our customer service group at support@colorbride.co.nz. You will need to provide a copy of your receipt via email, which reflects that you are the original purchaser, the product was bought from colorbride.co.nz, and the product is still within warranty. You will be issued a return merchandise authorization number (RMA Number) and asked to ship the defective product, together with proof of purchase and RMA Number.

Notes

Warranty does not cover the cost of postage to send the product in for service. Purchaser is responsible for safely sending the product to repair facility. Please be sure to wrap the product securely when mailing to avoid shipping damage.

Freight collect shipments will be refused. Risk of loss or damage in transit is to be borne by the purchaser.
